The trainees must be sorted in the following manner.
1. Who will continue on with leadership training upon completing discipleship training?
2. Who dropped out in the middle? (Record the reasons for their withdrawal)
3. Who are the trainees that will not continue on with leadership training upon completing discipleship training?
4. What are some of the ministries suitable for those trainees to serve instead of continuing on with leadership training?

The trainees must be sorted as in the above. However, the trainees who will not continue on with leadership training should be connected with ministries appropriate for their gifts and personal aptitudes.
Sometimes, there are trainees who ought to continue on with leadership training but are unwilling to do so, and also trainees who ought not to continue on with leadership training but persist in doing so. In such cases, the pastor in charge should counsel them and guide them to a right path. The pastor must take care not to hurt any trainee in the process.

The criteria for selecting trainees to continue on with leadership training:
1. Evaluation by the trainees¡¯ discipleship training pastor or leader
2. Consideration of each trainee¡¯s individual outcome of the training, character, personality, sociability, and gifts
3. Opinion of the trainee him/herself
