Make it an event for the entire church
  1. Sunday evening service or midweek service is recommended
    - Can be carried out along with other lay training programs
    - Make it a big event (Start promotion long before the ceremony)
  2. Can be an effective promotion for the next training.
    - A golden opportunity for the pastor to share their discipleship training ministry philosophy
      through the sermon
    - An effective way to promote the value of discipleship and leader training (Graduation
      Ceremony)
  3. The new trainees can receive incentives for the training and the graduates can feel the significance of the training they have received.
    - When there are many people congratulating and encouraging them, they can gain
      confidence for their future ministries.
Celebrate
  1. Foster an atmosphere in which the entire church members can feel inspired and moved along with the trainees.
  2. Graduation Ceremony - Recommended ceremony date: Mid to end of December (in order to benefit from the celebration atmosphere of the New Years and Christmas)
    Entrance Ceremony ? Recommended mid to end of January (Discipleship training begins in February)
  3. Graduation Ceremony - Have a surprising element during the celebration. (balloons, flowers, song dedication)
Detailed and thorough preparation
  1. Worship Service
    - Pay attention to the order of the service
    - For entrance ceremony, create an atmosphere to encourage decisions and   resolutions
    - For graduation ceremony, create an atmosphere of celebration and congratulations
    - Presider, Preacher, Testimony (for graduation ceremony), special music
  2. Administration
    - Certificate, seat assignment (chart, card), placard, bulletin, the trainees attire
    - Gifts for the trainees:
      For the new trainees (study guide, The Bible and the hymnal, Binder, Bible Memory Card,
      Color pencils, books, and etc.)
      For the graduating trainees (travel, books, watch, ring, and etc.)
  3. Event
    - Preparation for the ceremony
